Dearborn Area Drug Court

The Dearborn Area Drug Court (19th District) participants are adult misdemeanor offenders with either a chronic drug and / or alcohol problem. Although the stated program capacity is 50, our numbers run usually about thirty five. We are very proud to have graduated thirty one defendants since our program started in November of 2002. Defendants without transportation are really grateful for our transportation assistance program which provides them with a ride to and from court and probation appointments.
